As always: funny, tasty and cheerful service

Sat in the loveless back room with little ambience. My pregnant wife asked for hard-boiled eggs, cheese without raw milk and boiled ham and got none of them straight away. After a bit of astonishment, however, the question came in addition, which led to a lot being on the table and unfortunately too much had to be thrown away. In addition, we had to pay for the little things that were subsequently delivered, although we had to order them beforehand! Quite a brazen rip-off although the error was in the operation. Better to sit down somewhere directly on the Domplatz ...

A particularly warm and friendly atmosphere. Even the wasps are looked after separately so that the guests can enjoy their stay. Cake and cappuccino very tasty!

Absolute rip off. Filter coffee with ice cubes for 5 €. Carelessly arranged and a terrible taste. Absolutely not a recommendation!

We have been customers in the business for over 10 years. In the past, there was only courteous, friendly service. For about 1 year we have been served at least three times by an extremely unfriendly bossy man, i.e. actually canceled, as already described by some other visitors, like no extra cup etc.: special requests would not be fulfilled !!! (That's great service). We ordered something from the menu once around 1:00 p.m. and were snapped, there is no food, only coffee and cake !, although there should still be food after the menu. No reason why, no excuse etc. Now we wanted to sit at another table on a very cloudy day (before placing the order !!!!), because it was very windy and rainy and our outdoor table did not offer any screen protection. This was strictly forbidden to us, the male waitress: we don't change tables !!!! We then left the thing without an order. In our circle of friends, there have been several negative experiences with this man. Too bad for the thing, the other employees always go out of their way and are friendly, even if there is a lot of activity at times. Wonder who hired this person ???

Long-established café with a very large selection of delicious cakes and tarts. Very busy especially in the afternoon.

Very tasty cake, passable baked potato (which was a little too expensive). The decor is unfortunately very simple to shabby, so as a guest you definitely don't want to sit and have coffee and coffee. Eat cake. Because of the excellent cakes, I would perhaps "do" another visit anyway.

This location is not recommended for young people. Actually, I always liked to visit this café to enjoy the delicious cakes there. Unfortunately, the miserable service spoils your appetite. The last times in this café, I have overlooked the unfriendly behavior towards young guests, this time all expectations (in a negative sense) were far exceeded. When my friends and I ordered a pot of tea to share after several drinks and slices of cake, we were refused to bring several cups as this was "unusual". Even after renewed demand, our request was rejected in the most impossible way. One should and will not support such dealings with customers in the future. So if you're looking for a nice café with nice service, you'd better look elsewhere!

Nice cafe with great cake selection. We were with a 10-person group here and were served quickly and very friendly. The selected cakes, as well as coffee, cappuccino and espresso were delicious.

Unfriendly staff. They refused to sell cake to take away and were extremely unpleasent. I have been there before, because the cakes are good, but sometimes their bad behaviour and arrogance is inexcusable.

Good cake. Nice personel. For customers who are there for the first time, but confusing ... So the drinks at the table and the cake at the counter must be ordered. Apple strudel on the other hand again at the table ...?!? slightly confusing ...

Never again! Kids are not welcome! First time I have seen such a thing in Germany.
